The PAC Team would like to a give shout out to all patrons for helping make us the great family gym we are today. We truly could not have been as successful without your support. If you have not toured our facility, now would be a great time to do so.

2. Personal Training with one of our three, N.A.S.M certified personal trainers: Kelly Jarman, Tammy Paulson, and Lindsay Phillips.

3. Massage Therapy with Rachel Himes

4. Yoga

5. Spinning

6. Racquetball and Basketball courts

7. Heated outdoor pool. (Seasonal)

8. Youth weight training (10- 13 years of age)

9. Six TITLE, heavy bags

10. Swimming Lessons with Gina Harrington

11. Childcare available

M-F 8 a.m. – 11 a.m. and M-Th 5:10 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

12. We also accept Silver and Fit for seniors

OUR GOAL is to welcome all individuals wanting to have a healthy lifestyle in a non-intimidating atmosphere.
