Patients are now heading to a new location for the St. Helens Legacy Clinic.
The clinic, previously located at 500 N Columbia River Highway, has moved to a new 20,500 square-foot facility at 475 S. Columbia River Highway in St. Helens.
The relocation is designed to bring essential services together and to better serve the future needs of the community, Legacy Clinic Public and Community Relations Representative Megan Deisler wrote in an email to The Chronicle.
“The clinics’ new location provides more centralized access to essential services for adult and pediatric care, so our patients get the wrap-around services they need without having to leave their community,” she said.
The new location provides services in the areas of primary care, urgent care, imaging services like 3-D mammography, and laboratory services.
There are four departments within the center: Medical Group, Imaging,Urgent Care, and a laboratory, with 40 staff, including 10 providers.
Legacy imaging has three full-time and three on-call staff. Legacy Urgent Care has seven staff and four providers who rotate shifts. Legacy Laboratory has seven staff with four available each day.
