The Public Health Foundation of Columbia County is encouraging St. Helens residents to take a step toward better health with Walk with a Doc, a health program that brings doctors and patients together to walk every third Saturday of the month at 9 a.m. at McCormick Park.

Walk with a Doc is a national non-profit organization whose mission is to encourage healthy physical activity in people of all ages and reverse the consequences of a sedentary lifestyle in order to improve the health and well-being of the country.

Join The Public Health Foundation of Columbia County’s First “Walk with a Doc” Event. 

Why:  Walking is the single best thing that we can do to live a long, healthy life.  WWAD makes it easy by providing the time, place, motivation, and people for a fun walking experience.

What:  Saint Helens Residents of all ages are encouraged to lace up their walking shoes and join physicians of this FREE event.
